Gordon the Big Engine is a wooden train, part of the Thomas Wooden Railway. Gordon feels he is the most important engine because of his size and speed, plus he pulls the Express. Although he is a bit boastful and competitive, he is goodhearted and always willing to use his superior strength to help smaller engines out of trouble. He has a good natured rivalry with Thomas the Train's friends, Henry and James. Compatible with the Thomas Wooden Railway, BRIO, Lionel Express Track and most other wooden railway systems.
